Sunny has led programs, chronic disease action centers and global networks focused on social innovation and knowledge creation that has touched lives in over 150 countries. He created the world’s first and largest network of young health professionals focused on the leading causes of death—chronic, non-communicable diseases. The Young Professionals Chronic Disease Network (YP-CDN) is a social innovation with diffusion of ideas across 7,000 network members in more than 150 countries. He has worked internationally, nationally and in the state of California on scalable treatment algorithms for cardiometabolic conditions such as high blood pressure.
